profit-driven, we return excess earnings to our members in the form of lower interest rates for loans, higher yields on investment and savings accounts, and through the addition of new financial products and services.

Founded in 1976
MONEY Federal Credit Union was founded in 1976 by Mutual of New York Life Insurance Company (MONY) employees who wanted an alternative to the high costs at commercial institutions. We now serve more than 4,000 members from all over the world.


Who Is Eligible To Join?

Any person who lives, works, or attends school in Onondaga, Oswego, Cayuga or Madison County are eligible to open an account with us.  Businesses or other legal entities located in any of the counties mentioned above are also eligible to join.
